• No cancellation, but if the buyer really wishes to cancel, they must pay 30% of the item. Hence, there's a 30% required down payment for orders with DOP and refunds for PAYO orders will only be 70%.• No refunds are offered once shipped. There would be no more grounds for a refund if the buyer consented to proceed with the transaction, whether or not a video condition was presented, etc.!! Please be reminded that I am not liable if the items you receive have defects aside from what has been mentioned prior to couriering.
